Wolfie Blue Where are you?? (Personal Update: 2 major accidents, financial squeeze)

Hey everyone,

I would like to apologize for no updates. I have been through the ringer real bad and its taking a bit longer to recover and be back in tip-top shape.

I was crushed by some furniture and a flat screen TV at work and received a mild concussion and no more than three weeks later I was involved in a major vehicle accident and lost my car. And a week later I received news that a friend passed away. Almost lost my apartment too sooooo Long story short, I’m car-less and healing from physical and emotional…stuff.

The expression goes, “Weeds don’t die”, and I am very hard to kill I guess. I am back in my game now and I will have several fun blog posts like a portion of my Anubis Series workouts; more Q & A concerning sex and such; photoshoot reviews; and promo code & contests.

In the meantime, I really need to figure out this financial squeeze I am in. If anyone has any live appearances, photoshoots, model contract opportunities, feel free to shoot them my way. I am also finding a talent in costume making too, so I’ll be happy to make some for venues no matter how exotic if given the chance.

In any case, I am accepting donations toward a new car. My hopes are maybe at least I can get a lien car until I can sort out financies in the future.

Where’s the doggy? Where have you been? (Feat. Space Explorer Workout)

Hey everyone! I am so sorry for no updates the past couple months. I have been making appearances, gogo dancing, and yes shooting again most recently for PeterFever for their Novella series, season 3. The shoot was quite fantastic. As well as the outings in Vegas ;). I topped for the majority of the scenes: ripping off a t-shirt down to F**# the god in the making, Trelino 😉 . I even ‘aggressively’ bottomed for Jessie. I can’t wait till they come out!

In the near future, I have another booking in a few days (hopefully) and I will be gogo dancing at Badlands in SF on the 7th of August.

So there you go, just Reeeeaaaallly busy! However, I thought I’d make up for it and let you guys in on a neat little workout. A sample for the upper body. 😉

I worked with a trainer trying to figure out something fun. SO using our imagination we worked on a workout that would simulate a space explorer’s workout. You know those sci-fi movies, where the explorer as a wide chest, big arms and lean tight torso!

Here’s for one of the days that target the  Chest, Biceps, Traps, and Core.

Warmup: Hula hoop 10 minutes

Decline Chest Press 3×10-12

Dumbbell Chest Press 3×10,8,6 (with each set use heavier weight [pyramid up in weight])

Recipes For The Bedroom and The Gym (Feat. My “HARD ON” Brew & Protein Pudding)

Hey everyone! As some of you may know from my twitter and Facebook feeds, I have been working of several recipes to enhance your experience in the gym and of course…in the bedroom. As such I wanted to highlight several recipes that I have found to work the best and share them with you!

Chocolate Protein Pudding: Is it possible?? YES! I managed to create this tasty snack/meal for those who want to satisfy their sweet tooth without sacrificing a flat stomach.

Ingredients:

  • Lucerne’s Protein Plus Milk (a milk with extra protein and extremely light on the carbs and sugars) if cannot be found 1%-2% milk will work since they usually have the lightest in carbs and sugars.
  • J-ELLO Instant Chocolate Pudding Mix (sugar-free and fat-free kind)
  • Chocolate Protein Powder (PHASE8  or PRO-NOS I have found to mix the best!) **A VEGA brand protein powder is a good substitute if you would like extra nutrients.

Follow the directions on the back of the pudding box. They usually ask for two to three cups of milk. Take one cup of milk and pour it into a blender or shaker cup and add a serving of your protein powder into it. Shake or blend well. Take the remaining one or two cups of milk (depending on directions on pudding box) and pour into a mixing bowl. Then add the protein mixture and pudding mix into the bowl. Whisk well (there may still be some lumps but this is normal). Pour into small single serving tupperwares. I find that I can usually have enough for two to three containers, each holding a serving.  Place in the fridge and the pudding should usually soft set within 5-10 minutes.

This is the pudding that REALLY helped me achieve great strides in my fitness as you can see 😉 :

 

Baked Egg Cups: Sick  of scrambled eggs or egg whites? x.x They are a staple for us folks who work out a lot but I had to find a new way to eat them in a convenient way and with a little thought I came up with this!

Ingredients:

  • 4 Eggs
  • Non-stick Cooking Spray
  • Muffin Tin
  • Splash of milk if whisking eggs into scramble
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • May add ingredients like bacon, spinach, tomatoes etc (optional)
  • Add salsa, cheese, and/or sesame oil as toppers

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Spray generously a couple of the muffin pits with the non-stick cooking spray (two to three muffin spaces). You can either beat your eggs together and add the splash of milk (with the added options of bacon, spinach, tomatoes, etc) and fill each tin 2/3 the way full OR you can crack a 1 whole egg with 1 egg white in each space OR 2 egg whites in each space. Sprinkle salt or pepper in each muffin space to taste and place tin in preheated oven for 15-20 minutes. Make sure to watch your eggs so they don’t overcook and get rubbery. Once done baking, you can use a spatula or fork to pop them right out! Top with cheese, salsa, or sesame oil as desired.

Best part is you can even wrap these guys up in plastic wrap and freeze them and heat them up later in the microwave! :3

Ancient Olympian Stamina Brew: Based on several recipes used by ancient olympic athletes to increase stamina.

Ingredients:

  • 1 Tablespoon Poppy Seeds
  • Honey to taste
  • Sweet Red Wine
  • Cinnamon Stick

add the poppy seeds and the honey to the glass of wine and stir with cinnamon stick. Leave the poppy seeds and cinnamon stick in the glass of wine and allow to steep for 15 minutes or so. Strain out the seeds and enjoy 1 hour prior to your workout.

 

Wolfie’s HARD ON Brew (Xocotl inspired): I wanted to mimic those hard on pills on a more instantaneous level. Inspired by the Mayan and Aztec Xocotl drink, a chocolate drink which was used to increase stamina, strength, and energy. Like Viagra, this infusion will increase blood flow, heighten the senses, and turn you on like a freaking light bulb ;)~ **I had to find some substitutes for some of the ingredients and added some to increase effectiveness.

  • 2-3 parts Organic Cocoa Powder
  • 1 1/2 parts Maca Root Powder
  • 2 parts Yohimbe
  • 1/8 or sprinkle part Organic Cheyenne Chile Powder
  • 1 part Honey or Organic sugar
  • 1/4 part Cinnamon
  • 450-900mg of Saw Palmetto
  • 500-1000mg L-Arginine

Add ingredients to your mug and pour hot water and stir until mixed well. Serve warm. The taste may be a bit of a put off but my god does it work! Play around with the amounts of each ingredient. Great to use right before exercise or sex 😉

For those of you who are not familiar with the Wounded Warrior Project, it is an organization that aims to “Provide programs and services to severely injured service members during the time between active duty and transition to civilian life”.

It’s purpose is to create awareness and seek public aid for the needs of injured service members; To help injured service members aid and assist each other; and provide services and programs to meet the needs of injured service members. This project and organization is incredibly important for this generation and generations to come. It is the first of its kind to help those who have injuries that effect mental, emotional, economical and physical bodies in due affect to their active duty services. (i.e.  PTSD, CPTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, Complicated Post Traumatic Stress Disorder); physical sustained injuries, and job assistance and economic empowerment). Tips For a Strong and Tight Core (Epic Snake Workout Included)

One of the hardest things to accomplish is having a strong and fit core where your “killer abs” can show! I want to share with you guys a great workout that will tighten that core along with some cardio and some eating tactics that works very well to peel away your tummy and show some magic.

First off, your abdominals will not ‘show’ unless your body fat percentage is around 10 percent or lower. This number may also vary based on your genetics. So, to make it short it may be better to concentrate more on your eating habits and cardio if your body fat percentage is any higher than 10 percent.

First off, let me share with that my eating habits are simple. I go after whole unprocessed foods. No wheat gluten (probably this is the biggest culprit for those having a problem with their abdominals), No dairy (did you know roughly eighty percent of the world’s is lactose intolerant to “some” degree), and No processed sugars. Your body fat and weight will reduce at a really fast rate this way. By the way, lean meats are okay too; just grill or bake it and watch how you season it because too much sodium can be a problem here too. Also, staying well-hydrated doesn’t hurt either. CLA and L-Carnitine are best friends too when it comes to supplementation. CLA (Conjugated Linoleic Acid), allows your body to burn fat while increasing muscle mass. It also lowers cholesterol and improves your immune system yay! However, it may take 30 to 90 days to get full benefits. L-Carnitine (a naturally occurring amino acid produced in the kidneys and liver), helps with the metabolizing of fats. It also helps with sexual heath, vascularity (L-Arginine is good for this too), and has some anti-aging benefits as well. However, a lot of L-Carnitine has had some reports of side effects–Just be careful.

As for cardio, a HIIT program would be perfect. 20 to 30 minutes 3-4 days a week is great. Basically, you work really hard for a short burst then have a recovery period. For instance, you may sprint on a treadmill for 1 minute and walk for 2 minutes (the recovery period and the working hard period can be at a multitude of different time lengths i.e. instead of 1 minutes then 2 minutes it can be 30 seconds then 1 minute). HIIT stands for High Intensity Interval Training. A HIIT workout offers many benefits.  It’s a great workout for your legs and more importantly, HIIT really concentrates on fat burning because it allows the release of fatty acids into the bloodstream; HIIT also results in increased human growth hormone levels which can provide anti-aging, muscle preservation, as well as a variety of other benefits. THE BEST thing of all with this kind of exercise is that HIIT promotes Excess Post-exercise Oxygen Consumption; an effect which causes you to burn calories for hours after your workout is completed. Freaking sweet huh? That means your abs will appear faster! The only downside is that you should not use this workout every day because it leads to overtraining.

Now, once you get your body fat percentage to 10 percent or lower you can begin some resistance and weight training for your abdominals. Below is an advanced routine for your abdominals. The routine is called the “Snake Workout”, it will tighten and elongate your core a bit, while making your abs ‘pop’!

Snake Workout

Hula Hoop (Fast Pace) 20-30min/if this is too hard an elliptical is okay but doesn’t train your core and help to prevent injury like hula hooping can do.

Shoulder Supported Leg Raises (Center and sides): 3×20

Crunches (With Legs up or using resistance): 3×10

T-Pushups: 3×10

Planks: 3x1min MAX

Back Bends: 4×3 (3 full extensions each set)

Back Extension: 1xFailure

Shoots in Florida and Mobile Workouts

I’d like to first off apologize for not posting a blog much earlier. Between moving, the shoots in florida, and homework it has been crazy! The shoots in Florida has been a pleasant experience. I shot with two companies in paticular. Venetian Productions for websites HazeHim.com, ItsGonnaHurt.com, and Baitbus; and Pride Productions for their website Menover30.com. I was really busy but in my free time, I usually worked out. However, I had no gym to go to so I needed to scratch up some old workout routines that didn’t involve any equipment. If your curious what it is like to work for those companies and the work out let me detail you the experiences below.

  • Venetian Productions (HazeHim): The website offers a scenario where a fraternity hazes recruits to do sexual acts. Kind of an interesting take, usually really intense but this shoot ended up being a little mild due to some of the guys didn’t show up I think. It was supposed to be a full on thing but only ended up with a jack off scene and a blowjob. The reason why is my scene partner couldn’t perform. He was so nervous (considering this was a his first shoot ever); Anywho to make the story short, I got off twice in the video. phew!
  • Venetian Productions (ItsGonnaHurt): Just like the website mentioned it did hurt…The website focuses on this one guy who’s dick is the size of my forearm and basically stuffs it into other dudes. Man I was sore, not so much from getting F*&! but more from the positions really taking a toll on my legs! Man they were on fire! It took us a little longer to finish the shoot but we completed the scene. I have no idea though how well the scene turned out. Just hope it came out well!
  • Venetian Productions (Baitbus): Oddly enough, my favorite shoot. The premise is where they pick a up a straight guy onto a bus using the allure of a beautiful woman and convince him to have sex with another dude while driving. In the end we trick them. I loved the dialogue in this one, it was quite humorous! The film crew was nice too! I can’t say too much because I don’t want to ruin it, you’ll just have to watch it when it comes out.
  • Pride Studios (MenOver30): A small studio but the team was phenomenal, kind, and very funny. There was great chemistry between me and my partner. A good flip flop scene with great stills of me doing a pile driver sideways and other where I give him oral as I F*&! him–hot I think. And Yes, there are a few good shots of me spreading it too! I can’t wait to see how this one turns out!
  • BaileeyProductions: My Agent. A wonderful man with a great family! He’s top notch and him and his assistant share wonderful hospitality 🙂

As for the workout, traveling can make exercise difficult if there are no tools like a gym around. This workout helped me stay in shape while on the go for these shoots. So I figured it can help other models or travelers on the go. I mostly focused on keeping my upper body and core strong:

  • Plyometric Pushups 3×8
  • Divebomber Pushups 3×10
  • T-pushups 3×20
  • Pullups (if you have access to a treelimb thats strong this will work) 4×8-10
  • Bicep Curls (Use a med-light chair) 3×20
  • Bench Dips 3×20
  • Back Extensions (Use edge of bed—Carefully!) 2×12
  • Prison Squats 4×15
  • Reverse Crunches 3xfailure
  • Crunches 3xfailure
  • Planks (front and sides) 3 x 1 min MAX

My Winning Chest Routine in MRI’s “Best Pec Workout” Contest

A while back, I won MRI Performance’s ‘Best Pec Workout’ contest by submitting my own chest routine. The prize I won was a bottle of their NO2 Black, a preworkout supplement. Did you know that they were the first company to research and produce an NO supplement? Now these NO supplements are everywhere. NO (Nitric Oxide), is a cellular signaling molecule for the body, although this is considered a free radical I guess its an exception to the rule that “free radicals are bad for you thing”. Part of the processes is using L-Arginine. Your body makes L-Arginine, however, in times of stress or intense exercise your body is depleted of it therefore lower levels of NO in your body.  Basically, the inner lining of the blood vessels uses nitric oxide to signal the surrounding smooth muscle to relax, thus resulting in vasodilation and increasing blood flow. This is GREAT in exercise companies who make NO supplements have figured out how to keep it in your body somewhat longer; this ‘may’ mean benefits such as: muscle growth, reduced injury, reduced inflammation, deeper tans, healthier skin, and better erections.   So here is the winning routine that you can add to your exercise program (4 to 8 weeks max)

  • Connect Cable Push Ups: (Put both machines at 100 lbs and pull the pulleys and clip the cables together; mosey underneath the cables and let it rest on the base of your neck): 3×10
  • Dive Bomber Push Ups: 3×10
  • Dumbbell Chest Press: (Pyramid up in weight each set): 4x 15,12,10,8
  • Incline Chest Press: 3×8
  • Dips (Leaning): 3×8-10
  • Dumbbell Flye Stretch: 35-90sec.

Not only will you start to form that great and powerful chest but have amazing strength too!
